  1. Funny, I started a business and my oldest child started at NYU the same year. At one point, I owed $87,000. I never really worried about it. I figured I would pay it all off, the business would be successful, and so would my daughter. That’s exactly how it turned out. I really didn’t see it as being that much of a risk.
