What Are the Stages of Alzheimer’s?
A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s means a progressive decline in mental and physical abilities. The decline is different for each individual. There are recognizable stages to the illness. Knowing those stages can assist in making appropriate preparations for the individual and family. Diane Grzech, a social worker with the Alzheimer’s Association illustrates the three stages of Alzheimer’s.

Earlier this week, I was finally able to join in on another terrific Twitter chat – #TalkAlz – which is specifically geared for those dealing with Alzheimers Disease, as well as other diseases that cause dementia, such as Lewy Body Dementia Disease.
