Centenarians – The Joy of Aging

A short documentary that portraits three Centenarians from the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Ephraim Engleman, 101-years-old, Mrs Elfie Larkin, 100-years-old, and Mrs Winnie Hook, 106-years-old, talk to the world about their lives and give people their advice on how to have a long and healthy life…
Also two demographers, one from the U.S. and another from Costa Rica, talk about the issues we must think about now that our societies are growing old.
This is a film dedicated to the people with white hair in the San Francisco Bay Area.
