Stress & Alcohol: What’s Right For You?

Stress from life’s travails can push people to alcohol for a release. Is it a problem? When does too much drinking signal something to worry over? How do you know what is right for you? We asked these questions of Laura Zettel-Watson and Melanie Horn Mallers from California State University-Fullerton. These thoughtful Assistant Professors and PH.D. holders are researching alcohol use, daily stress, and its effects upon us as we age.
